Read the sinus. Choose the approach.

Days 1 and 2 cover sinus anatomy, crestal and lateral technique, graft materials and complications, with hands-on crestal and lateral workshops. On Day 3 you watch live sinus surgery that puts the first two days together.

You'll leave able to

Read the posterior maxilla on CBCT and choose a crestal or lateral approach.
Decide between simultaneous and staged implant placement based on residual bone height.
Elevate the sinus membrane through a crestal osteotomy with osteotomes.
Prepare a lateral window and elevate the membrane.
Select graft materials and manage the surrounding soft tissue.
Prevent, recognize and manage membrane perforations and other complications.

Do I perform surgery during the course?

Days 1 and 2 include hands-on crestal and lateral workshops. On Day 3 you observe live sinus surgery and review each case with Dr. Chong.

How much implant experience do I need?

The course is built for dentists who already place implants, generally around 100 or more, and want to take on posterior maxilla cases with low bone height. Not sure it's the right fit? Call and we'll talk it through.

How many CE credits will I earn?

24 AGD PACE CE credits. Think Dental Institute is AGD PACE Provider #399519.

Can I pay in installments?
